Pricing
All prices in our confidential net price list are at designer’s net. Quantity discounts must be arranged and agreed to in writing prior to placing an order.
Deposit
All orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before release for delivery or shipment. Orders for in-stock merchandise must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Cancellation
Cancellations made within 10 working days of order acknowledgment are subject to a cancellation charge. Custom orders are non-cancellable once production has started. Cancelling custom orders after this time may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Shipping
Shipping is available for will-call only. Reborn Antiques can advise on shipping companies. Merchandise must be paid in full before release for shipment.
Title to all merchandise passes to the purchaser upon acceptance by the transportation company.
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Reborn Antiques, Los Angeles. Packaging, handling, insurance, and freight charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
All merchandise is carefully inspected at the time of pickup from Reborn Antiques. Claims for freight damage, whether visible or concealed, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If merchandise has been packaged, the receiver must inspect for damage before disposing of packaging material. If merchandise is damaged, a prompt claim should be made to the transportation company.

We use the best materials and finishes available and guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects.
