ALL PRICES & CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

PRICING
All prices in our CONFIDENTIAL NET PRICE LIST are at designers net. Quantity discounts must be arranged prior to placement of order and agreed to in writing.

DEPOSIT
All orders require a 50% deposit and balance due paid prior to release for delivery/shipment. Orders for IN STOCK merchandise should be paid in full prior to release for shipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 10 working days after order acknowledgement are subject to cancellation charge. CUSTOM ORDERS are NON CANCELLABLE once actual production has started. Custom orders cancelled after this time may result in forfeiture of deposit.

SHIPPING
Shipping is strictly done as WILL CALL only. Reborn Antiques can advise on shipping companies. Merchandise should be paid in full prior to release for shipment.

TITLE TO ALL MERCHANDISE PASSES TO PURCHASER UPON ACCEPTANCE OF MERCHANDISE BY TRANSPORTATION COMPANY.

All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Reborn Antiques, Los Angeles . All packaging, handling, insurance and freight charges are the sole responsibility of purchaser.

All merchandise is carefully inspected at time of pick up from Reborn Antiques. Claims for freight damage whether visible or concealed is the responsibility of purchaser.

If merchandise has been packaged, receiver must inspect for damage prior to disposal of packaging material. If merchandise is damaged, a prompt claim should be made to the transportation company.
